Quanhou Metal & Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is specialized in twin wheel nylon casters, and was established in 1989. With more than 20 years' professional experience in caster manufacture, we have developed into one of the largest manufacturers in the world.

Our factory covers an area of 80,000 square meters, together with more than 500 employees. Our production capacity can achieve 15 million sets per month.

There are more than 30 kinds of patents for our professional technique, facility and equipment innovation, as well as product structure. In addition, we were ISO9001:2000 certified in 2002. We have an automatic warehouse system. All our plastic moulds are made by ourselves.

We own the test room, in which we can make different tests according to customers' requirements. Meanwhile, we also have the RoHS certified inspection machines. All products can meet European RoHS standard.

In 2009, all our casters made of anti-cold materials can meet the BIFMA test under minus 30 Celsius Degree. We guarantee that the casters can pass BIFMA test under minus 20 Celsius Degree (All anti-cold casters are sold at the regular price).
